Our son wanted to play on the same travel team as Aaron’s son, but he was coming from our local recreational program and had to earn his spot through tryouts. Aaron offered to work with him twice a week for two months and began by completing a detailed assessment that gave us a clear understanding of where he was and what he needed to improve. The personalized development plan gave Chris structure, direction, and confidence. During a tournament, he stood out as a goalkeeper and caught the attention of coaches. When tryouts arrived, he earned his place on the team. Aaron’s guidance, combined with a structured plan, hard work, and the confidence Chris developed along the way, made all the difference.
