Our son wanted to play on the same travel team as Aaron’s son, but he was coming from our local recreational program and had to earn his spot through tryouts. Aaron offered to work with him twice a week for two months and began by completing a detailed assessment that gave us a clear understanding of where he was and what he needed to improve. The personalized development plan gave Chris structure, direction, and confidence. During a tournament, he stood out as a goalkeeper and caught the attention of coaches. When tryouts arrived, he earned his place on the team. Aaron’s guidance, combined with a structured plan, hard work, and the confidence Chris developed along the way, made all the difference. We couldn’t be happier with the progress Chris made, and we’re grateful for everything Aaron invested in him.

We first met Aaron two years ago when my son was playing for our local recreation team and Aaron stepped in for an absent coach. Before the game even started, I noticed something different. Watching him lead the warmup and seeing how quickly the players responded to him, smiling, engaged, and ready to play, was enough for me to realize that he was the kind of coach kids want to play for.

Coaching today isn't easy. Every player is different, and what motivates one child may not work for another. What has impressed me most about Aaron is his ability to understand the individual player and figure out what brings out the best in them.

My son listens to Aaron, learns from him, and most importantly, retains what he teaches. I've been able to see that knowledge translate directly to the field and help my son succeed.

The relationship between a player and their coach matters. Taking the time to understand a player's strengths, recognize where they can grow, and learn what motivates them can make all the difference. Aaron does that while still allowing kids to enjoy the game.
